If you have read the recently posted short story Magic you might have noticed it had a tag called World Building on it as well as Firelight. Firelight is a tag that will be self-explained in the coming future so this post will be focused on the World Building one. Magic originally came about as a way to explain to myself how magic came about and why didn't the Creator do anything to those who abused magic. I never planned to post it to the general public as it was for myself and myself alone.
As it is I have obviously posted it... To a handful of places actually. It was originally handwritten in NaNoWriMo 2013 with a mixture of other work (By the way, my username for there is Amaritage). With Magic being the only thing to be posted for people to read. However, when I decided to try and do the 100 Theme's Challange this year on DeviantArt through story writing I decided I would two things with it;
As it is, I have written three stories to match the 100 theme challenge focusing on the boy. Two of them have been published on DeviantArt for some time while the third has sat on my computer waiting to be edited. Just so you know the point of the challenge is to do any form of artwork, one hundred of them in total, using the words on the list that you have selected. It does not have to be in order either. If you are interested in participating yourself here is a link to where you can find a list of the different variations. Be warned though, the DeviantArt group is currently inactive so while you can access the variations you cannot post them into the group itself right now.
